For many people who can’t afford to miss a paycheck, that means they have to choose between their job and their family. The Healthy Delaware Families Act, SB1, will fix that. This bill would establish a statewide paid family &amp;amp; medical leave insurance program, providing up to 12 weeks of paid leave to Delawareans facing a qualifying event.
