	"description": "On September 1, the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources (LDENR) proposed four draft Class VI injection well permits for River Parish Sequestration, LLC&#x27;s River Parish North Project in Assumption and Iberville Parishes. If approved, each well could inject up to roughly 2 million metric tons of CO2 per year for 20 to 30 years. That puts at least two aquifers at risk, and those aquifers supply hundreds of millions of gallons of water every day for drinking, farming and public use. The families who drink, cook and clean with that water would carry the risk. So would everyone who eats food grown in this region. Tell LDENR to deny these permits.",
