Now Donald Trump wants him to run it. And last but not least, Rex Tillerson would be incredible peril to the future of our planet as the United States Secretary of State. Overseeing US foreign policy, the military, international climate negotiations, and the Arctic, he would have an enormous capacity to shape the contours of global business and international relations to prop up and expedite dangerous oil and gas expansion for decades to come, just at the point where we need to be keeping nearly all fossil fuels underground. Any Senator of good conscience must stand up and reject these nominees and #PledgeToProtect our planet and communities. The climate crisis is too urgent to take any steps backward.",
