"description": "Recently, NAZA made its North American debut at the New York Film Festival, bringing testimony about Israel’s military targeting systems in Gaza to an American audience for the first time. Its reach cannot end with a few sold-out festival screenings. Directed by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor and produced by the Guardian, NAZA is built around testimony from 24 Israeli intelligence officers and soldiers. They describe AI-powered targeting systems and a military process for calculating how many civilians could be killed in an airstrike. The film takes its name from the Israeli military acronym used for that number. The response from Israel’s government shows how urgently this testimony needs to be seen. Officials have accused the filmmakers of treason and called for their citizenship to be revoked. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced plans to pursue legislation allowing Israel to strip citizenship from people accused of “smearing” Israeli soldiers. Festival tickets are already sold out, and limited theatrical screenings will reach only a fraction of the public. Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube have the ability to make NAZA accessible to viewers around the world. Send a message to the CEOs of Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and YouTube urging them to acquire NAZA and begin streaming it worldwide.",
