	"description": "Today, on March 11, 2026, the members of Advancing Justice | AAJC&#x27;s Union are on strike. After nearly two years of of bargaining, we are still fighting for a first contract and guaranteed fair wages. Management has failed to meet Union demands for fair wages and are proposing language that would cap annual pay increases at 3%, with most employees receiving less than 2.5% increases per year. Throughout bargaining, the Collective has significantly scaled back their initial proposals in an effort to reach agreement, but meaningful movement from Management has not followed. Workers are standing together to make clear: a contract that falls short of our fair and sustainable compensation package is not acceptable. Join us in calling on Management to negotiate in good faith and agree to an economic package that respects the staff who make our organization run.",
