Unfortunately, a major state vendor is violating that law by selling student data—the College Board, the maker of SAT, PSAT and Advanced Placement tests. We need the IL Attorney General Kwame Raoul to enforce the law and stop these illegal data sales. Recently the New York State Attorney General cracked down on the practice there. Illinois students should have the same protections as New York students! Enforcement of our student data privacy law is the responsibility of our AG. Please take a minute to write to AG Raoul and ask him to enforce the law and stop these sales!",
