Retroactive pay will start to fix the trust that’s been damaged. It will show Kaiser understands what happened and is willing to be accountable. That matters. I showed up and delivered care. Kaiser took months to respond to each bargaining table: A total of 1,466 days across 14 tables to respond to wage proposals, many responses coming only after contracts had already expired. That cost was real to all of us. That loss of pay took away from our housing, our food, and our ability to take care of our families and ourselves. Management never had to pay this price. Don’t make caregivers pay for management’s delay. Retro pay now: We&#x27;ve earned it.",
