	"description": "The Lordstown Teachers Association is committed to reaching a contract deal in time for the beginning of the school year, but the school district walked away from the bargaining table. We are confident that we can reach a fair compromise if we have another chance to have real negotiations. We won’t be able to reach an agreement though if the district refuses to bargain and continues to insist we “take it or leave it.” We are ready to bargain any day, any time. Tell our Superintendent and Board of Education to come back to the table so we can work together to avert a strike.",
