We need a living wage and that means double-digit pay increases with boarding pay because some of the hardest work we do is managing the boarding process and it’s just plain wrong Flight Attendants are not currently paid for this work. Regional Flight Attendants do even more boardings than other U.S. carriers. And we need retro pay to make up for our lost wages due to years of management delay in negotiations. We are Aviation’s First Responders. We save lives every day and we know personally and painfully that you can’t even put a price on the lives of crew and our passengers.
