It needs to stop. In 2016 we were able to make up the 3 steps that we had lost the previous three years. In 2017 we were able to continue our financial growth with an additional step and COLA. In 2018 we have ratified a contract that continues this growth. The time is now. We need to keep our momentum going. Add your voice and send an email to the County Commissioners.",
