Reublican counter-offers rob our communities and youth of economic recovery and job creation while protecting corporations from paying their fair share in the shift to a clean energy economy. Negotiations with Republicans would strip the American Jobs Plan of it’s most critical elements. Investments in clean energy infrastructure, care for elderly and disabled people, millions of new union jobs, upgrading our public schools, housing, and more would be lost if Republicans have their way.
