	"description": "As the country sees a rise in visible responses to police misconduct, police violence, police brutality, and police murders, it is important we protect our young people. We need to acknowledge all forms of policing and unsafe policies we are currently under, especially in schools. Young people in the state of CT deserve safety, support, resources. Currently in Hartford, our capital city, we employ 1 social worker to every 325 students and 1 SRO (school resource officer) to every 80 students. The North end&#x27;s predominantly black Weaver high school, employs 1 SRO to every 40 students.",
