	"description": "We urge Apple and its managers to commit to fair and neutral elections at Apple by making the following specific promises: Apple and its managers will not retaliate in any way for any unionizing efforts by Apple workers. Apple and its managers will not attempt to make any threats, explicit or implicit, toward workers. Apple and its managers will not attempt to bribe or threaten workers. Apple and its managers will not attempt to surveil workers or create an atmosphere where workers feel surveilled. Apple and its managers will not hold any mandatory staff meetings where unionization is discussed. If Apple or its managers convene any optional meetings where unionization is discussed, workers unionizing will be given equal time as Apple management. This applies also to 1-1 discussions. If Apple or its managers posts any material commenting on unionization, workers unionizing will be afforded equal space to post about unionization. Apple will not demand a secret ballot election purely for the sake of having one. If Apple Retail Union - Communication Workers of America (ARU-CWA) secures a simple majority of authorization cards, Apple shall recognize ARU - CWA as the exclusive representative of such workers, via a card check election.",
