Jesus, A#249-126-701, is a longtime resident with no criminal record. He is a dedicated worker and a proud member of the Pomona Economic Opportunity Center, where he, like many others, gathers each morning in search of honest labor. Now, he is being held at the Imperial Regional Detention Facility, facing deportation for nothing more than exercising his constitutional right to seek employment.
