The best and only way to ensure public education&#x27;s survival and success is for parents, students, and educators to come together and demand the schools our students deserve. The Williamsburg James City Education Association believes this is possible through a collective bargaining process for WJCC educators that includes the voices of parents, students, and the community. Together we can ensure our schools are fully staffed, retaining teachers, and providing educators enough time and resources to best serve our students. WJCC educators have come together and asked the WJCC School Board to recognize their rights to collectively bargain for their contracts. WJCEA has organized a MAJORITY of all teachers, counselors, and licensed specialists to request from the school board a collective bargaining resolution. Now we need parents and students to help by pressuring the school board to vote in favor of a collective bargaining resolution!",
