Manufactured housing is an important part of the housing continuum and we must ensure that the residents are protected from inhumane rent hikes and allowed the opportunity to own the land under their homes. The residents of manufactured housing deserve the same rights as those of single-family homeowners. Passage of the MHRA would positively impact people&#x27;s lives and show our State&#x27;s commitment to providing safe, stable, and affordable housing for ALL.",
