"description": "Tell our legislature that trying to stay alive shouldn't be illegal. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) issued a public safety warning last week in regards to the increase of fake prescription pills containing fentanyl and meth. The agency reported they've seized more than 9.5 million counterfeit pills laced with opioids nationally in 2021. For people who use drugs, using a fentanyl test strip can mean the difference between life and death. But in Idaho, possession of a fentanyl test strip is a crime. There is one thing I know for sure, recovery is possible and recovery is worth it, but dead people don't recover. Help us build public support for changing Idaho's paraphernalia law to decriminalize fentanyl test strips. Together we can build a pathway to recovery for every Idahoan.",
