"description": "For months, chapter leaders, CAT leaders, and Board members have raised concerns about financial transparency, fairness, democratic governance, and the direction of our union. Instead of addressing those concerns, leadership has increasingly centralized decision-making, sidelined elected representatives, and treated disagreement as something to be managed rather than heard. A union is strongest when members trust that their voices matter, their elected leaders are accountable, and the rules apply equally to everyone. The Letter of No Confidence reflects the belief of many elected leaders across the state that those principles have been compromised. This is not about personalities. It is about whether CSUEU will be governed by collaboration, transparency, and member participation, or by consolidation of power and top-down decision making. Members deserve to know what is happening in their union. They deserve to have a voice in its future. And they deserve leadership that is focused on building the unity and trust necessary to win strong contracts and defend workers on every campus. PLEASE READ AND ADD YOUR NAME BELOW",
