The grievance complaints are as follows: IUE-CWA Local 83761 members are forced to work under unsafe working conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. These working conditions violate Article III in the collective bargaining agreement between Local 83761 and Haier/GE.   The parties can be made whole when the employer meets with the Union to negotiate an agreement on a safe working environment and arrangements to help employees and their families deal with the pandemic, including but not limited to developing clear protocols and procedures for employees workstation cleaning, infected employees, employees with underlying health concerns, and employees with childcare issues.",
