In January, Baity Hill residents received word that their homes would be reclassified as undergraduate housing and that the current residents would need to find new, off-campus, places to live by Fall 2028. This decision was made with no input from current Baity Hill residents and no rationale was given. Sign this petition to demand that UNC-Chapel Hill keep Baity Hill a graduate housing community, or keep equivalent on-campus housing options available for graduate students and families at UNC Chapel Hill beyond the Fall 2028 semester, and commit to greater transparency in decision-making with Baity Hill residents.",
