Despite a long-standing and productive recognition agreement delivering wins for members while demonstrating a shared commitment to the success of the business, this decision has been made without meaningful consultation. Worse, it&#x27;s being done despite contracts of employment containing a collective bargaining clause. This will leave our members without the protection that union recognition brings, from better pay and conditions to a stronger, collective voice on workplace matters, including health and safety.
