	"description": "Can we please stop sending billions of public dollars, gifting vast amounts of public land, and giving other precious public resources to greedy billionaires for their bloated megaprojects?! If they want to build a “city within a city” or a private sports stadiums or a high end retail mall or any other project – mega or other – then let them pay for it. Period. No public subsidies of any kind – no direct gifts of cash – no gifts of land – no fast tracking that subverts public scrutiny – and no forgiveness of taxes (property, sales, anything). If we forgive them property taxes that would normally pay, that just means the rest of us pay more to make up what the billionaires were forgiven. Let them build their own damn stadiums and other megaprojects! No public money or subsidies for private stadiums or other megaprojects!",
