	"description": "On Friday, February 7th, 75-100 students, many in AP and Dual Credit courses, peacefully protested the Republican administration&#x27;s mass deportation program and refusal to commit to keep ICE out of schools. HISD administrators, who were present that day, chose to levy harsh punishments on 45 students, including suspensions and some reported expulsions. On Monday, parents and students rallied in front of the High School and were successful in getting the expulsions dropped. ACLU Texas has submitted a letter of support. Now HISD needs to receive public pressure so that they will rescind these unjust suspensions. Can you help?",
