	"description": "The hospital car park is so congested that it causes a great deal of disruption to local residents. In an ideal world we would have a fantastic bus service and great cycling infrastructure to get staff and visitors to and from the hospital. At some point in the future a new multi-story car park may be built however the problem is acute now. County Hall is just a few minutes walk away and the car park is very underutilised.",
