Their work includes personal care, medication support, daily living assistance, and more. Care workers are too often undervalued and under-supported. It is deeply concerning to see All Ways Caring management reject economic proposals that provide caregivers with better compensation. These decisions reflect a lack of respect for both the work they do and for people who rely on them every day. As the demand for caregivers continues to rise, it is important to ensure that care jobs are sustainable and valued in order to attract and retain a stable workforce. Strong benefits and fair compensation are essential for the well-being of caregivers and for the quality of care they provide for their recipients. We urge All Ways Caring management to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach a fair contract that delivers meaningful improvements in wages and benefits.
