These generators will degrade our air quality and pose serious health risks to our community. Washington State Department of Ecology plans to approve this permit, without even holding a public hearing! Why this matters: Toxic emissions from diesel generators exceed safe levels, increasing risks of asthma, respiratory disease, and cancer. Cumulative pollution from multiple data centers is being ignored. No real-time monitoring is required, leaving our health unprotected. Clean alternatives exist but aren’t being considered.
