	"description": "Sign now and show your support for our local healthcare heroes. St. Vincent’s Hospital (Hartford Healthcare) wants to roll back benefits for workers. They propose no guaranteed raises and reduced PTO. They want wages and benefits to be as if there was no union protecting these workers. These workers have survived working through the pandemic with no pay increases, no hazard pay, lost PTO, constant mandated overtime, and daily stress all while trying to save lives and provide for their families.  Employees are being forced to stay at work even when they feel sick, under threat of discipline. We have had to fight for employees to be given proper PPE, instead of just being asked to wear garbage bags. Hospital management wants to take steps back with worker’s benefits. Hospital management wants to make it harder for us to provide for our families and show up to work rested and focused and ready to be safe. TELL ST. VINCENT’S MANAGEMENT: No steps backward.",
