Our colleague, Subbu, has been experiencing this kind of abusive conduct for the last 2 months in Dr Hussain&#x27;s lab in the School of Medicine. On March 26th, this behavior escalated when Dr Hussain pushed Subbu and tried to restrain him from leaving his office. We all deserve to be able to work with dignity, and it is crucial that the university do its part to protect workers when this kind of abuse occurs.
