	"description": "The Miami Correctional Facility in Indiana has given prisoners notice that they will no longer be able to have contact visits with loved ones starting May 1. This came after a population of the prison failed drug tests, so the facility banned contact visits for all. We know that drugs are a problem throughout prisons in the IDOC. Staff can make inflated profits from trafficking them into facilities, and often do. The medical staffs in IDOC facilities are notorious for hiring people with their medical licenses revoked and over-medicating the prisoners to subdue them. If MCF actually cared about drugs, they would address these issues. Instead, they seek to further deprive prisoners of meaningful care and communication with their loved ones. Sign this petition to demand that MCF revokes the notice immediately and do not implement non-contact visits for the entire facility.",
