	"description": "As we all found out recently, HCMC leadership is intent on outsourcing the work that we do processing the radiology charges. The impact is that they will cut two vacant FTEs now and another two FTEs through attrition. We are worried that this has the potential to be just the start of outsourcing our work to cheap labor and threatens the integrity of the quality work we do every day. Please sign this petition to let management know that we do not support outsourcing in our department.",
