	"description": "The Housing Action Coalition is proud to support this exciting new project at 1717 Bronson Avenue that would replace a vacant parking lot with 129 new homes in a bustling and growing Los Angeles. Some of this project’s many highlights include: Building Affordable housing. This project will set aside 11 mixed 5-6 bedroom and 1-2 bedroom unit homes for Very Low income households. It will create affordable housing right next to major employment hubs, school campuses and public transportation- something much-needed for the community. Environmentally Friendly and Energy Efficient design. This project prioritizes energy efficiency in its design, featuring reflective roof membranes, insulated exterior facades, and double-paned windows/glazing systems. This project also promotes sustainable alternatives for transportation, not only through being close to public transportation routes like the 180 and 217 Metro, but also through providing 98 bike racks and electric vehicle parking. Historical Preservation Efforts. This project is right next to the Lombardi House, one of the last remaining Victorian-style homes originally built on Hollywood Boulevard. Even though the Lombardi House is not technically a designated historic resource, the Bronson Residences have committed to preserving it with the utmost integrity.",
