	"description": "Democracy works best when everyone participates and all voices are heard but in Texas, we are continually ranking at or near the bottom among all states when it comes to participation in elections. One huge part of the problem is an election infrastructure that is badly outdated. By adopting some simple, common sense measures, we can modernize our election infrastructure and voter registration systems to reduce barriers to voting, improve the security and efficiency of our elections and ultimately increase turnout.
