	"description": "The undersigned are a collective who oppose the implementation of the Madison Twp., West Point, Lisbon, Ohio &quot; Landfill. The company West Point Renewables, LLC. is a subsidiary of Vogal Holding, Inc. This landfill will fundamentally change and NOT improve the identity and character of our community by diminishing the quality of life of existing residents, lower our home values and contradict the intended plan of its local residents vision for the community. Its our expressed opinion that the landfill with negatively impact existing businesses in a 5 mile radius of the property. The increased traffic patterns could pose a serious issue with the local school bussing stops and will cause an increase of infrastructure damage.  This could have a negative impact on the balance of the local ecosystem and Little Beaver Creek which houses 63 species of fish, 49 mammal species, 140 types of birds and 46 species of reptiles and amphibians including Ohio&#x27;s Largest population of endangered Eastern Hellbender in close proximity to the property. The town of West Point utilizes wells as their main source of clean drinking water and has no interest in absorbing the extra cost that municipal water brings. Our local elected Board of Trustees has gone on the record, DISAPPROVING of the plans for the Residential Landfill.",
