By building leadership in Hamilton County’s low and moderate-income communities, CUFA has won: The nation’s first municipal Environmental Justice Ordinance, Over $800 million in Community Reinvestment Agreements with major banks to invest in low- and moderate-income communities, A Vacant Foreclosed Building Ordinance, and A freeze on sewer rates for 7 years, and improvements to the Sewer Backup Response program for victims of backups. CUFA continues to develop grassroots leaders to work on issues that impact their lives including affordable housing and utilities, and improvements to our sewer infrastructure. On September 28, 2025, CUFA will celebrate our 45th Anniversary at a gala held at the Willow Event Center. We hope you can join us at the celebration where we will recognize CUFA’s grassroots heroes past and present. We will have a dinner and silent auction for CUFA members and supporters.",
