We spend the morning getting briefed on the issues in our 2017 Legislative Agenda (link to printable PDF). During an extended noon hour, we invite all our Democratic Legislators to speak to us briefly about what they are currently working on, over box lunches. We each take responsibility for making an appointment in the name of King County Democrats with each of our three legislators from 1:30 on. Location: Pritchard Building, facing the sundial and the domed Capitol. Washington Room, lower level. Parking is likely to be several blocks away. Appointments with King County Democrats (Call Legislative Information Center 800-562-6000.) Optional hourly tours of the Legislative Building (Capitol) Your day ends when your three appointments end. Make sure you leave individual notes for those you missed. Registration is $20 an includes a full information packet on legislators and our priority bills, and a box lunch. The deadline to sign up is noon, Friday, February 17th so we can arrange box lunches, name tags and packets.",
