During our one-day training, you will learn the following: Steward Basics: Role of a steward, what makes for a good steward, basic rights and responsibilities. Grievance Handling: Some combination of: IDing grievances, Just Cause, investigating grievances, information requests. Stewards as Organizers: How stewards can get others involved and how stewards can use grievances to organize. The training is in person only and will take place in the Fletcher Room of the Fletcher Free Library.
