Protect Washington's warehouse workers

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

Workers in warehouses do fast-paced, physically demanding work to make sure goods get out to stores and consumers. But in some warehouses, especially those operated by Amazon, exceedingly demanding production standards, or quotas, are leading to a high rate of worker injuries. The Warehouse Worker Protection Act (HB 1762) will require companies to inform workers what the standard is and how it is calculated. Companies will also have to ensure that workers do not work through their breaks or lunch to meet the standard. TAKE ACTION NOW! Send an email to your State Senator telling them to pass HB 1762. The Warehouse Worker Protection Act will help reduce industrial accidents and make warehouse work safer for all.
