That’s right – ACF is attempting to turn a program meant to serve as a safety net for poor families into a tool to surveil millions of people. It’s the same story: violating our privacy, compiling our personal information, and trying to weaponize our own data against us. The good news? The Administration for Children and Families is accepting public comments right now – and if enough of us speak out, we can stop this scheme in its tracks.
