That state budget is now OVER THREE MONTHS OVERDUE. Healthcare, education, transportation, and a whole litany of programs and services that Pennsylvanians across the state depend on are in jeopardy. Currently, Pennsylvania is the only state that hasn’t passed a 2025-2026 budget, and this impasse is being compounded by the current lack of a federal budget as well.
