It limits federal benefits to companies that ship call center jobs overseas, and penalizes employers with existing federal grants or guaranteed loans that do not return these jobs to the U.S. This bill also requires artificial intelligence to be disclosed on a call, and gives consumers the power to decide where to have their calls handled.
