Just today, we saw another extrajudicial murder by ICE in Minneapolis, right after an historic general strike where hundreds of thousands of people demanded an end to ICE’s violence. While ten billion dollars for ICE just passed the House of Representatives, the Senate also has to vote on that budget for ICE funding to be renewed. If a Continuing Resolution to provide funding for the next two weeks passes, the Senate will vote this by Friday, February 13th, and it can't pass without 60 votes. That means it needs at least 10 votes from Democratic Senators to pass. We need our Senators to commit to voting NO.
