We get to hear from candidates, ask questions, and have a discussion with them. Our Strategy & Training for Local Organizing covers all the info you need to become an effective local organizer. Sometimes, the topics are basic and introductory, and other times, we get into advanced organizing skills. Every training session is designed to be a standalone training. You never need to attend one training to understand another. Check the schedule, and attend whenever you can. At the end of every Roundtable or Training, we break out into "teams" to work on organizing activities or practice new skills. Newcomers are welcome to join our teams' meetings whether you just want to listen and see what's up, or whether you want to jump right in and participate.
