This event will be taking place at Wickham Market village hall. Doors will open from 5pm for a 6pm start. We will finish before 9pm. Please bring your own drinks if you would like to. Some light snacks will be provided. Getting There: Driving and car-sharing is recommended. Unfortunately, Central Suffolk and North Ipswich is not blessed with public transport infrastructure. This is why we need more Greens elected! The post code is IP13 0HE and the Village Hall is located just off the High Street at end of short driveway leading on to the Sports field and car park. The driveway to the Village Hall and playing fields is beside the Co-op store in the High Street. As you come into the village from the South, turn left on the signposted lane immediately after the Co-op entrance. From the north, turn right immediately before the Co-op entrance. There is parking at the Village Hall, and a long stay car park: The Hill Car Park – Behind 46-50 High Street IP13 0QS – entrance between Cafe No. 46 and East Anglian Traditional Art Centre. Local bus services connect Wickham Market with Aldeburgh on the coast, plus Woodbridge and Ipswich and a number of local market towns where there are onward connections. Nearest railway station: Wickham Market Station is located 2 miles from the village centre, in Campsea Ashe. It is located on the East Suffolk Line. Regular Greater Anglia service to Ipswich with connections to London (Liverpool Street), and to Lowestoft with connections to Norwich. If you are coming by train, please let us know ASAP so we can arrange lifts from the station to the hall.
