There will be a welcome social at the hotel on Thursday, August 15th from 6-9pm for those that are arriving that evening. The conference will begin on Friday, August 16th at 9am and will continue until 4pm. Social hour will begin at 5:30 and the banquet will be from 6:30-9pm. During the banquet, two awards will be given- the Joel Plienis Award and the Taylor/Morsching Award. The nomination forms can be found at the bottom of this page. Please email your nominations for these awards to svergin@afscme65.org or mail them to the AFSCME St. Cloud office: 3335 W St. Germain St, Suite 107 St. Cloud, MN 56301 The conference will continue on Saturday, August 17th at 9am and will end at noon. The registration fee for the conference is $50, which includes dinner and the awards ceremony on Friday evening. If you are only planning to attend the banquet, the fee is $25. There will be a block of rooms for AFSCME Council 65 members in the amount of $87.99. A continental breakfast will be included. Members will need to make their own hotel reservations.
