ETOC is an initiative of the Democratic Socialists of America to promote the formation of militant tenant unions through tenant-to-tenant training and instruction. This ETOC cohort will teach you the fundamentals of tenant organizing over a series of 4 meetings beginning on February 7th. Cohort instruction will focus on giving you the skills to develop new tenant unions that will organize tenants on a citywide or regional scale; we encourage you to invite others you intend to organize a tenant union with to the cohort. The full schedule for the cohort is included below - we strongly encourage you to plan to attend all four sessions. Each meeting will last around 2 hours. All meetings will be held via Zoom - the Zoom link will be emailed to you upon RSVP.
