<thumbnail_url>https://can2-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/events/photos/003/120/042/normal/New_Flyer.png</thumbnail_url>

Join us as we hear from James Armstrong, the Deputy Director of Dallas Housing & Homelessness Services, and Aaron Eaquinto, the General Manager of the Dallas Public Facility Corporation and Housing Finance Corporation, as they explain what current programs the city of Dallas has to create Affordable Housing. The focus of the evening will be on the Public Facility Corporation and Housing Finance Corporation, and the two will also talk about proposed changes to those programs. Everyone says they want Affordable Housing, but actually making it happen is not easy to do. James and Aaron are two experts on the challenges and opportunities around one of the biggest issues. Come ready to learn and to ask questions! Please RSVP for the link to the Zoom for the event on Thursday, April 30th.
