To do that, we need to demonstrate increased support across the city at the 2027 elections for the new Unitary Authority; Rainbow Hill & Fort Royal division is a target area for Worcester Green Party; in 2025 we finished just 26 votes behind Labour. In 2027 we can elect two Greens in this area to hold the balance of power. Worcester Green Party has won the most votes in local elections in Worcester in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and increased its winning margin every year. Whatever form the new unitary authority takes, the elections in 2027 are an opportunity to defeat Reform across the city and show that Worcester rejects the politics of racism, division and hate. In 2025, Reform were defeated in every division we campaigned in. We can build on that and hold the balance of power for the unitary authority. We will have a choice of canvassing and leaflet delivery available. Don't worry if this is the first time you've decided to come to an action day as full training will be provided and we will be going out in teams. We're meeting at Rainbow Hill Community Hub. There is no parking at the venue, and space in nearby streets is extremely limited. Please walk, cycle, use public transport or park in the centre and walk up.
