All Out Rally: Nursing Ratios Now!

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

Hospital CEOs and the Ford Conservatives are intentionally understaffing our public hospitals to replace their services with private clinics. For nurses and health-care professionals, this is causing overwhelming workloads, unsafe staffing conditions and moral injury. Every day hospital nurses and health-care professionals are forced to make difficult decisions about how to provide the best care they can without enough staff. This is why nurses and health-care professionals are fighting to protect and improve public hospitals. Over 60,000 ONA hospital members will be negotiating a new collective agreement with hospital CEOs, demanding registered nurse-to-patient staffing ratios. Members are organizing a rally outside the hotel where bargaining mediation will take place to show our collective power and put pressure on hospital CEOs. ALL OUT RALLY: Nursing Ratios Now! Date: January 29, 2025 Time: 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Location: 145 Richmond Street West, Toronto
