This application is an important test of the city's commitment to the Minneapolis 2040 Comprehensive Plan, and the Planning Commission and City Council's ability to distinguish between applying policies broadly beneficial for the city as a whole, and the narrow interests of individual property owners. PLAN15291 is recommended for approval on Monday, Dec 5th (agenda here). We need people to show up and speak in opposition to this amendment.
