Bike to the Strike in Boston

Don’t take the ‘Pike: Ride your Bike to the Strike! Join the Youth Climate Strike this Friday, September 20, at Boston City Hall Plaza. Come hear the voices of youth, calling for adults to take action to stabilize climate. A group of climate-concerned bicycle commuters will ride east into Boston, departing from Framingham. Join us to support carbon-neutral transit! Pedal-powered transportation needs infrastructure to accommodate the growth in bicycle ridership. Roadway bike lanes and mixed-use trails that interconnect downtowns spur business and community development, while improving public health, safety, air quality, and the environment. We will follow a modified Marathon, reaching points below at approximate times: Meet at Framingham MBTA Station and depart at 9:30 am, Natick Common at 9:45, Wellesley Square at 10:00, Newton at 10:15 , Arrive Boston City Hall at 11:30 am
